Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction and to ensure that we comply with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.
In addition to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, if for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Photoland within 30 days of purchase date provided the product is in new condition and in its original packaging.
In the case of frames and albums, the item/s must be wrapped (that is, with the blister wrap still intact). If there is a defect with the product, your rights are as per the Australian Consumer Law and the product does not need to be in its original packaging.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
If there is a major defect with one of our products, you may ask for a refund or replacement. It is your choice.
If there is a minor defect with one of our products we can elect to repair the product, exchange the product for an identical product or refund you.
Refunds & Credits
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will provide a refund.
If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed.
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within three business days of receipt of the merchandise.
Limitation for consequential or incidental damage
To the extent permitted by law, Photoland is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
