Wonderful experience. I first went into the store very tentatively, not sure if I ‘needed’ a custom made frame, however, having Victor’s consultative input on the different frame designs and customisable feature was so valuable. In the end Victor helped create a beautiful frame for my father in law’s memorial service sheets. In Australia, needed a photo for my UK passport. These guys were very friendly and know EXACTLY what is needed to satisfy the UK government. My frame & A0-sized photo print was made and dispatched within the timeframe Vic communicated. It was very well wrapped to protect its transit, and it was very sturdy for its size. I appreciated the note that was include with regards to care advice. The information was very useful and will prevent me from accidentally damaging the print when cleaning it. I would definitely go back to Vic again for my next large-format photo print & frame.

Found this shop online in a hurry today and went in for a visa application photo, and they charged me $69.95 for 2 photos plus a digital copy sent by email. The guy then told me to come back in 3 to 4 hours for pick up, otherwise I can pay extra $12.95 for 15 minutes wait, or pay $6.95 for 30 minutes wait…. I was in a hurry, and paid $6.95 extra. I did get my photos after half an hour wait. However, later I walked past the Australian Post in Martin Place, and found that they only charged $24.95 to do the same thing. I was naturally very disappointed with Photoland.
