Best place to get photos printed anywhere close to Sydney CBD. We got large photos printed which we planned on hanging around the house and they came out great. Photoland even helped fix the colouring of the final product as the photo files weren’t edited the best. The have a colour calibrated monitor so they are able to ensure the colour editing comes out exactly how it looks while editing/fixing. This will be our go to place to get photos printed in future

Would definitely recommend to a friend.I ordered two small locket photos by email and postal delivery. The response to emails was fast and included all the relevant information and answered all my questions so it was very efficient. Payment was easily made over the phone. The photos fit perfectly and are very clear and detailed despite being small enough to fit in a tiny locket. I used their services twice. The first time I had no complaints, the printed photos came out well and were of good quality. On the second time I left an old camera with them with an old film still inside. Both the person who served me and I saw them film inside when I dropped the camera off. Well - they somehow managed to lose the film, and tried to convince me that I must have been mistaken and no film was left in the camera. Very disappointed I will not use their services again

After two miserable attempts at officeworks and aus post, I took the initiative to take my own photo of my 3 week old for her passport. I then was able to email photoland with my attempts where Victor came back to me within the hour advising that one of the photos he could use to comply with passport regulations. Great service, quick and fine job.I was in a hurry to get a proper photo for my passport which was rejected to renew at the embassy 30 min ago because of the quality of the photo I took myself was not good enough. (though I thought it was...)Anyways, when I rushed to this shop (which the staff at the embassy recommended), the front door of the shop was locked and there was a sign on the door.I thought "Uh-ho, of course. it is corvid -19..." I was hesitating if I should call the number on the sign because the time I had was very tight. (there was only about 40min till the embassy closed) But when I was about to get my phone, the gentleman inside the shop showed up at the front door and unlocked it!I explained him what I needed and that I did not have enough time too ...etc (in my not good enough English)I think It would not work in that way especially because of on this virus situation.However !! the gentleman ( I think he must have felt sorry for me because I must have looked desperate) let me in and had a quick job for my photo without any extra charge which apparently they normally did.So I could make it in time.I was lucky to get there ;) They were so helpful.

We were having a lot of trouble getting our Visa Photo's for China , We live in Batemans Bay so there is not a great number of Photographers to choose from and none were able to help . They offer ID photos specific for Chinese visa application. The wait time was 1 hr. I found their staff to be friendly and helpful.

Victor was very responsive and patient. He also gave good recommendations on how to get our print on canvas mounted on a wood frame. As i had absolutely no idea how things are done etc , his expertise helped make this job seamless! Thank you so much! To top it all, his prices are transparent and reasonable!

Wonderful experience. I first went into the store very tentatively, not sure if I ‘needed’ a custom made frame, however, having Victor’s consultative input on the different frame designs and customisable feature was so valuable. In the end Victor helped create a beautiful frame for my father in law’s memorial service sheets. As you can imagine, this was a sensitive thing to put in someone else’s hands but the team treated everything with such care and the finished product looks amazing.Thanks guys, would 100% recommend.

#aboveandbeyond Victor and the Photoland team produced the most fantastic framed photo gift for me to surprise my partner with. They combined the half marathon medal and number with a photo from the finish line - the end product far surpassed my expectations . Real customer service, great communication - no wonder they are the only photo framing place in the CBD. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks again Victor.

Disgraceful approach! They claimed service time to wait for passport photos to be printed was one hour however they were happy to decrease this to 15 minutes if you paid an extra $9.95 on top of $24.95 for just four passport photos.

Victor and Photoland are the best people I deal with - incredibly friendly, professional and good value. It's always such a pleasure to visit them. I write to sing the praises of the Photoland Sydney team. What a total treat to receive fantastic service from the crew at Photoland last week! The staff was friendly and exceptionally efficient. The photos conformed to the exacting requirements of the Chinese visa-issuing authorities. Photoland was every bit as competent as other satisfied customers had led me to expect. Chinese visa photos have stringent requirements; Photoland is across all of them (no glasses, no jewellery, no teeth showing, no smiling, no white shirts). Full marks!In other news, I have been told by many Lithuanians who get their passport photos taken at Photoland, that the Photoland passport photo product is accepted by the Lithuanian authorities, without demur.Thank you, Victor & Team Photoland!GintaApril 2019
